Other common questions

Can I buy maintenance/troubleshooting hours in bulk?
You may purchase service hours in advance to using them. However, keep in mind that these are non-refundable.
When do I pay?
50% of the total cost of new projects must be paid in advance. Maintenance and troubleshooting is charged on an hourly basis. You can purchase a block of maintenance hours, in which case the hours used will be subtracted from the total purchased, or you may subscribe to a monthly maintenance plan.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash, or credit card.
